We Are on a Mission to Help Children in Need Across Gaza
Every donation signifies the birth of hope, lighting a path to a brighter future for Gaza. Each time a volunteer steps forward, it marks the arrival of a beacon of compassion—ready to inspire change, spark resilience, and transform lives. Together, these acts of kindness create a tapestry of impact, building a world where every gesture brings us closer to empowering Gaza’s communities and fostering lasting hope.
Requirements
After completing the health requirements and attending an orientation workshop, volunteers must schedule an interview with the USDT 4Gaza Director of Volunteers to identify the most suitable placement. Subsequently, they will meet with the supervisor of their selected department to evaluate compatibility, discuss required training, and finalize a potential work schedule based on their skills and availability.
Volunteers must submit valid health clearance documentation to ensure compliance with safety and wellness standards before participating in USDT 4Gaza programs.
All volunteer candidates must attend an orientation workshop before placement. Please bring your application and health records (refer to the health information below) to the workshop. Students are required to provide a completed recommendation form as well. Contact Volunteer Services to obtain the application, recommendation form, and details on upcoming orientation dates.
Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older to work in Child Life Services. However, we offer the Summer Student Program, open to high school students aged 17 and older, designed for those looking to fulfill community service hours while gaining valuable experience.
All volunteer assignments require a minimum commitment of 3 consecutive months. Volunteers are expected to serve at least 2 to 4 hours per week during this period.
Please contact us today with how you would like to volunteer and where in the world you are from.
